Nancy was born and raised in Illinois and ventured away at a young age moving to the Wood River Valley in 1989. Her folks couldn’t understand why she would move “so far away” and frankly, neither could she. Nonetheless, she was fearless and headed West. Soon after, she began her career in the title and escrow world. With a stellar skill-set, she naturally provided smooth real estate closings.
In 2004, she took a sabbatical from escrow to help her husband open and operate an auto repair shop in Boise. While there, she provided hospitable care and oversaw the business operations in a Ma and Pa fashion with good ole customer service, the right way…with clear communication, respect and integrity.
Like many, Nancy missed the Wood River Valley and moved back to resume her career in escrow. With the yearning for a new role still within the industry and having the experience in escrow and business management, she is excited for the opportunity to join the Elevate Team as the Director of Operations. She takes pride in making sure all aspects are in line to assure a fun and successful work environment.
Growing up in the rural Midwest and being the youngest of 8 children, Nancy learned early on the meaning of “Many hands make light work”. To date, she considers that mantra as a key component for teamwork. She looks forward to joining her new professional colleagues in providing the utmost customer experience.
While not in the office, Nancy is somewhat of a homebody and most enjoys hanging out with her family doing a variety of activities such as watching movies, camping, hiking, fishing, riding motorcycles/snowmobiles or just relaxing.
